Greg Foster of Orange won two classes and finished second in another during the weekend as power boats returned to Long Beach Marine Stadium for their first full program of racing in eight years.
Foster beat national champion Scott Gilman of Orange in the Formula 1/Champ class for 140-m.p.h. boats, defeated Craig Wendt of Huntington Beach in modified unlimiteds and ran second to Todd Simmons of Phoenix in super-stock tunnel.
