Chairman Elected by PDA Engineering

Louis A. Delmonico has been elected chairman of PDA Engineering, a Costa Mesa software and engineering services company. He succeeds John E. McDonald, who has retired as chairman after three years but remains a director. Delmonico, who has been with PDA for more than four years, is also president and chief executive.
