Vienna Orchestra Out: The Vienna Johann Strauss Orchestra has canceled its U.S. tour and will not appear at Ambassador Auditorium on Sunday, as scheduled. A spokesman for the Ambassador Foundation said the orchestra is involved in a contractual dispute with its U.S. management. The 1991-92 season at Ambassador will now open with an Oct. 6 recital by soprano Lucia Popp.
