Robert Schaal, 49, who is now a Lukens Inc. senior vice president, has been given the additional responsibility of president and chief operating officer of Lukens Steel. Both firms are headquartered in Coatesville, Pa.
Schaal replaces Albert W. Eastburn, 63, who has relinquished his responsibilities for personal reasons but will continue in a consulting capacity with the company.
