American Health Services Names 2 New Directors

Cal Kovens and Frank Egger have joined the board of American Health Services Corp. in Newport Beach, bringing the total number of directors to five.
Kovens, a major stockholder of American Health, is the founder of Kovens Enterprises, a commercial developer. Egger is chief financial officer of Kovens Enterprises.
American Health develops and operates diagnostic treatment centers and operates hospital-based diagnostic imaging centers.
