South Pasadena : New Panel’s Plans Revised
- Share via
Revisions for a plan to create an architectural advisory commission, which would review the design of renovations and new buildings, were tentatively approved by the City Council last week.
The council on Tuesday put off a final vote on a design review plan, which was tentatively approved Sept. 4, after making minor changes in the qualifications of commission members.
The 10-member board would be responsible for reviewing the design of residential and commercial developments and most exterior changes to existing buildings.
However, modifications to historical landmarks and districts would continue to be reviewed by the Cultural Heritage Commission.
A final vote is scheduled Oct. 2.
