Youth Killed by Car

An unidentified youth was struck and killed as he darted across a highway near the border Wednesday evening, the California Highway Patrol said.
The youth, who was identified only as being under age 18, was struck by a car at Interstate 905 and Tocayo Avenue at 5:02 p.m., CHP officials said.
