In response to “Bulletin: Men and Women Are Different,” by Edwin M. Yoder Jr., Commentary, Oct. 9:
If Yoder had been born Edwina instead of Edwin, he would instinctively know the difference between being asked out for a date as opposed to being propositioned. I would venture to say that by the time any female reaches dating age she is keenly aware of the boundary line Yoder refers to between sexual harassment and propriety. If it is a precise definition he wants, let him walk a mile in a pair of high heels--on the street or in the work place.
