Altadena : Donations for Needy Sought

Sheriff’s deputies are collecting toys, groceries and food certificates for needy families through Christmas Eve.
Deputy Ron Spelig said the drive is in its fifth year, and that this year there have been more requests for help through schools and churches than ever before.
Donations can be brought to the station, 780 E. Altadena Drive, 24 hours a day. For information, call (818) 798-1131.
