More than 100 NFL players, most reserves or practice squad members, were allocated to the World League. The group includes eight quarterbacks, headed by Anthony Dilweg, formerly of Green Bay and recently signed by the Raiders, and Brad Goebel, Philadelphia’s third-stringer as a rookie last season.
