The Rams landed their second Plan B free-agent player, agreeing to terms on a two-year deal with former Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jeff Chadwick.
Chadwick, 31, was Seattle’s fourth-leading receiver last year under new Ram Coach Chuck Knox, catching 22 passes for 255 yards and three touchdowns. He has caught 263 passes and 27 touchdowns.
