HAPPY OUTRAGE: Lavon (Pepper) Davis, a 10-year veteran of the pro baseball teams that “A League of Their Own” is based on, says she loved being a consultant for the movie. . . . “Geena Davis is tall, so it took awhile to teach her to play a catcher,” says Davis. “Madonna was outrageous; I loved her.” . . . Davis and several others from the old league will reminisce for the audience tonight at the Cinemapolis theaters in Anaheim before the movie is shown.
