Savoy Pictures Entertainment Inc., a New York-based distributor and producer of feature films, has named Alan Greisman to the newlycreated post of Motion Pictures president.
Greisman currently is a producer with Rastar Productions. At Savoy, Greisman will be based in Los Angeles and report to President and Chief Operating Officer Lewis J. Korman.
Greisman has produced 14 films since 1978, most recently “Soapdish”, starring Sally Field, Whoopi Goldberg and Kevin Kline.
