EL CAJON : Barber Found Slain in Her Shop

El Cajon police are investigating the apparent slaying of a woman whose body was discovered Friday evening in her barber shop.
The body of Julie Curione, 43, was discovered by her fiance about 7 p.m., according to a police dispatcher. The dead woman had been stabbed and her body was lying on the floor of her business in the 100 block of South Orange Avenue, police said.
Curione lived in the 200 block of W. Chase Avenue, police said.
