COLLEGE FOOTBALL DAILY REPORT : UCLA : Defense Is Stable, Offense in Flux

The Bruins have started the same 11 players on defense in their first three games, but they have yet to use the same lineup on offense.
Wayne Cook started the season at quarterback, but he was replaced by redshirt freshman Rob Walker after he sustaining a season-ending knee injury in the Bruins’ victory over Cal State Fullerton.
J.J. Stokes started at split end and Sean LaChapelle at flanker against Brigham Young, but Kevin Jordan started at flanker against San Diego State, while LaChapelle started at split end.
Flanker Bryan Adams (sprained ankle) and guard James Christensen (pinched nerve in neck) are doubtful for Saturday night’s game at Arizona. . . . The Bruins lead the Pacific 10 in scoring offense and are tied for the lead in scoring defense with Washington.
