Businesses Continue to Sign New Property Leases

Despite the recession, businesses are still moving into new quarters throughout the county. Recently signed leases include:
Techmedica Inc., a prosthetics manufacturer, subleased a 78,000-square-foot building on Calle Tecate in Camarillo from 3M Corp.
Logicode Technology Inc., a Thousand Oaks firm, will sublease Techmedica’s former building on Flynn Road in Camarillo. Told Partners’ Woodland Hills office handled both transactions.
A new company, Ventura Precision Molding, opened in a 4,700-square-foot plant on Nicolle Street in Ventura. The company makes products for the medical industry.
And Nighthawk Towing Co., a vehicle towing and storage firm, leased a 51,000-square-foot storage yard on Mercantile Street in Oxnard.
Daum Commercial Real Estate Services’ office in Camarillo handled transactions for the Ventura Precision Molding and Nighthawk leases.
