NOT SO MISERABLE: Say what you want about coastal rivalries, but a lot of county arts patrons love Broadway musicals. “Les Miserables” set a box-office record at the Orange County Performing Arts Center with a one-week run that ended Sunday. The total gross was $954,779, or 99.9% paid attendance. And it was a rerun--”Les Miz” set the previous record there in 1991. . . .
