Hayden Fry said his Iowa Hawkeyes aren’t breaking NCAA rules by running on their “off” practice day, even though Wisconsin Coach Barry Alvarez questioned whether such a team gathering was legal.
Fry said the running session on days after games is legal because no coaches attend.
