Rap Dates: Acclaimed New York rappers Public Enemy and Icelandic rockers the Sugarcubes have been added to the U2 concerts Oct. 30-31 at Dodger Stadium and Nov. 10 at San Diego’s Jack Murphy Stadium, the Irish rock band’s manager Paul McGuinness announced Thursday.
