STARRY NIGHT: When the new celebrity-owned nightclub Planet Hollywood opens in Santa Ana’s South Coast Plaza Village on Oct. 23, it’s supposed to be loaded with movieland memorabilia. The most imposing piece: a replica of the Starship Enterprise from “Star Trek.” The original hangs in the Smithsonian. . . . Another opening highlight: All three owners--Sly Stallone, Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger--plan to be there.
