DREAM REVIVED: When the Orange Coast College Symphony Orchestra opens its season tonight, at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Newport Beach, it will perform works by Mozart, Bach and Joe Langlie. Joe Who? A retired aerospace engineer from Newport Beach, he’s the orchestra’s second violin. . . . This is his first full orchestra composition. He wrote the piece 25 years ago, but it’s never been performed. He says, “I thought I’d be satisfied playing it in my mind, but finally realized I wanted to hear that orchestra.”
