Agoura 20, Westlake 11--Second-half scoring runs of 38 and 18 yards by tailback Scott Mitchell lifted the Chargers (3-3, 1-2) in Westlake’s first game on its home field.
Two personal fouls against the Warriors (1-5, 1-2) on the same play helped the Chargers sustain an 82-yard drive. The march was capped by a 16-yard scoring pass from Jason Warren to John Todd on fourth down that gave the Chargers a 7-3 halftime lead.
After three punt exchanges in the second half, Mitchell broke loose for a 38-yard scoring run. Mitchell finished with 128 yards and two touchdowns in 26 carries.
