FREEWAY REPAIRS : Caltrans Issues Advisory About Scheduled Freeway Work Areas

Caltrans advises motorists that it has scheduled the following freeway work in the Southeast and Long Beach area this week. Repair locations are spotted on the map by number and are identified in the list below by the nearest city or cities.

ARTESIA FREEWAY (91)

1. Artesia: Pioneer Boulevard on-ramp to the eastbound Artesia Freeway (91); 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday; crack seal repair.

2. Artesia: Pioneer Boulevard on-ramp to the westbound Artesia Freeway (91); 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday; crack seal repair.

3. Cerritos: Norwalk Boulevard on-ramp to the eastbound Artesia Freeway (91); 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday; crack seal repair.

HARBOR FREEWAY (110)

4. Carson: Southbound No. 4 lane at Lomita Boulevard; 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday; bridge repair.

5. Los Angeles: Northbound No. 4 lane from Manchester Avenue to Florence Avenue, including eastbound and westbound Manchester Avenue on-ramps; 6 a.m. to noon today; graffiti removal.

6. Los Angeles: Gage Boulevard off-ramp from the northbound Harbor Freeway (110); 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday; weed abatement.

POMONA FREEWAY (60)

7. East Los Angeles: Eastbound No. 1 lane from Indiana Street to Eastern Avenue; 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday; glare screen repair.

8. Various Cities: Eastbound and westbound No. 1 lanes from Azusa Avenue to Indiana Street; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday; sweeping.

SAN DIEGO FREEWAY (405)

9. Long Beach: Northbound No. 4 and 5 lanes at Lakewood Boulevard including the Bellflower Boulevard on-ramp and the Lakewood Boulevard off-ramp; 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday; bridge repair.

SANTA ANA FREEWAY (5)

10. La Mirada: Valley View off-ramp and on-ramp to the northbound Santa Ana Freeway (5); 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday; stenciling.
