Man’s Death in Drug Raid
It is time to say “enough is enough” to our Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and overzealous federal Drug Enforcement Administration agents.
For our law enforcement officers to break into an innocent person’s home and kill him in front of his family, all in the name of drug enforcement, especially marijuana, is unjust.
I say it is time for us to stop this insane law enforcement and stop and review our drug laws. We must study the effects of marijuana. There have never been any deaths attributed to marijuana, but there are thousands of deaths each year attributed to tobacco and alcohol, yet these drugs are legal. Is it because these are the preferred drugs of our politicians and law enforcers? Is it because there are too many special interests who benefit from keeping drugs illegal?
