‘Angels’ on Hold: The press opening of Tony Kushner’s two-part “Angels in America” epic at the Mark Taper Forum has been postponed one week, from Sunday to Nov. 8. “We didn’t give ourselves enough technical rehearsal time,” a Taper spokeswoman said Tuesday. Only six previews had been slated, compared to the Taper’s usual 10 previews.
