Deidre Bird has been promoted to vice president of the Hall Olson Marketing Group in Newport Beach. She joined the company, which provides marketing services for shopping centers, in 1990 as senior marketing manager after serving as marketing director for the Brea Mall. In addition, Pamela L. Evertz, who has been with Hall Olson since 1989, has been appointed vice president. Evertz formerly directed the marketing programs for a portfolio of shopping centers in Newport Beach for Judi Lapin & Associates.
