Presidential Campaign

Thanks to The Times for the Decision ’92 voter’s guide (Oct. 18) on the presidential election. Reading this guide and watching the debates have led me to the firm conclusion that since I oppose higher taxes, more federal spending, increased government regulation and control, and increased abortions, I must vote for the only candidate who also opposes all these increases, President Bush.
My experience working on government aerospace contracts for over 34 years revealed the excessive waste from the many meaningless requirements and over-regulation imposed on contractors by federal agencies. More government regulation and control as proposed by Gov. Clinton will result in more inefficient government spending, and higher taxes on nearly everyone, not just the rich.
