JUDICIAL RESPECT: A lawsuit by residents against a proposed East Tustin housing development is too hot for local judges. That’s because one of the protesters is Thomas F. Crosby Jr. He happens to be a justice on the 4th District Court of Appeal in Santa Ana and sits in judgment on cases appealed from all of the local courtrooms.
