Take a Bow: Amalia Hernandez, founder-director-choreographer of Ballet Folklorico de Mexico, will receive a 1992 Tiffany Award from the International Society of Performing Arts Administrators Dec. 16 in New York. Hernandez is celebrating two milestones this year: her 75th birthday, and the 40th anniversary of Ballet Folklorico, which will be at the Orange County Performing Arts Center on Nov. 18, and at the Shrine Auditorium Nov. 20-22.
