Hillary Rodham Clinton’s Roles

In response to “Why Even Liberals Should Be Wary of Hillary,” Commentary, Jan. 29:
Oh, Mickey Kaus, the voters are getting exactly what they were told! Yes, Hillary Rodham Clinton is a lawyer who represents banks, but she is that same lawyer who represents children who have been deprived of their childhood; she is a lawyer who cares about women who have been deprived of their respect (equal pay, sexual harassment).
To say that she hitched her career to her husband’s would be laughable if it were not an insidious comment. By that attack alone, you attack the millions of working women who are carving out their careers and their areas of expertise.
Oh, Mickey Kaus, it is people like you who help fuel the feminist movement--equality for women. Continue to be a dinosaur; we need you!
