Whoopi Time: The nominees are out, so now the big question is, who will present at the 65th Annual Academy Awards? Whoopi Goldberg has already made the list. Oscar producer Gilbert Cates announced that Goldberg, who won best supporting actress in 1990 for “Ghost,” will make her fourth appearance as an Oscar presenter March 29.
