Gensia Expands, Again: Gensia Pharmaceuticals, a biomedical company based in San Diego, has expanded its operations in the Irvine Spectrum, leasing an additional 49,000 square feet for $1.2 million over five years.
Gensia signed the lease with the landlord, Warsaw Family Partnership of Irvine. The building, at 25 Hughes Road, is the company’s third site at the Spectrum, where it now occupies 134,000 square feet. Grubb & Ellis’ Stan Mullin in Irvine represented the owner; CB Commercial in Laguna Hills represented Gensia.
