A nine-year sentence given to James Bouler, who gambled with Chicago Bulls guard Michael Jordan in golf, will be appealed, his attorney said. Bouler was convicted and sentenced Monday in Charlotte, N.C. of unrelated money-laundering and conspiracy charges.
