Two more children are killed in city schools! It’s time to ban all handguns. Let’s have a mandatory exchange that will give all the constitutional-right-to-bear-arms advocates a voucher for the handgun’s value. The voucher could be used to purchase a shotgun or rifle. It’s a bit harder to conceal these type of weapons, and for residential protection, I will take a shotgun over a handgun any day.
