‘California, Here I Go’ a Disservice to State

It is not without reason that housing prices mentioned in the article, “California, Here I Go,” are lower than prices in Southern California. Prospective movers should check thoroughly before making any quick moves. Most of the cities mentioned do not have the enviable year-round weather of the Southland.
Seven of the 10 cities actually have higher crime rates than Los Angeles according to the last published crime figures that I saw. Those seven places are Phoenix, Seattle, Dallas/Houston, Portland, New York, Chicago and Atlanta. Denver’s rate of crime, while not quite as high as that of Los Angeles, is still nothing to brag about.
