HOT SPOT: Monday’s Newport Beach City Council meeting could become a show--literally. The CBS news program “48 Hours” plans to be there as members of the National Organization for Women carry picket signs, don white ribbons and speak in support of current and former women Police Department employees involved in a sexual harassment lawsuit. . . . “48 Hours” has interviewed many individuals connected with the case and may include them in a show on sexual harassment cases in California “in the post-Anita Hill, Clarence Thomas era,” said producer Kathleen O’Connell.
