John Price, 34, chairman of a search committee formed to find a women’s volleyball coach for Cal State Northridge, has been given the job on an interim basis. Price, in his seventh year as coach of the school’s third-ranked men’s volleyball team, will run both teams for the rest of the season. The women’s job has been open since January when longtime coach Walt Ker resigned.
