* Joseph K. McDonnell has been appointed vice president of finance and chief financial officer for Elsinore Aerospace Services, a commercial aviation services company in Newport Beach. Before joining the company, McDonnell was with CRC Associates, providing management and financial consulting services. He spent 13 years with Tiger International, a transportation company that was later sold to Federal Express, serving in a number of senior financial positions, including vice president, controller and treasurer. McDonnell also has been senior auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. and held a variety of accounting positions with American Airlines.
