TSL’s European Unit Files for Bankruptcy

TSL Holdings Inc., a Moorpark personal computer maker formerly named Tandon Corp., said another of its European units has become illiquid and filed for bankruptcy protection.
TSL’s sales and marketing subsidiary in the Netherlands made the filing within its local jurisdiction, the company said. TSL, which has been reorganizing under Chapter 11 bankruptcy laws since March, previously said that its subsidiaries in Germany and France have also filed for bankruptcy protection.
