Pete Marine, a wide receiver at Canoga Park High and Moorpark College, has transferred from Cal State Northridge to Cal Lutheran.
Marine, who graduated from Canoga Park in 1989, was an All-Western State Conference selection for Moorpark in 1989 and 1990 before accepting a scholarship to Arizona State. After redshirting for one season at Arizona State, Marine transferred to Northridge but sat out the 1992 season.
Baseball
Erik Lazerus, a backup shortstop at Cal State Northridge last season, has transferred to Mission College, Free Spirit Coach John Klitsner said Friday.
Lazerus was sidelined most of the season because of a back injury. He played in only six games and went four for six with three runs batted in.
