Golfers can now reserve guaranteed tee times at more than 100 public and resort golf courses and private clubs that allow outside play in Arizona, California, Nevada and Hawaii, up to 60 days in advance, by calling (800) TEE TIME in Sherman Oaks. The company hopes to eventually offer reservations nationwide.
Operators help golfers find courses that match their skill levels. The service offers golfers the convenience of central booking and has reserved blocks of time at the most popular hours on weekends and weekdays, a spokeswoman said. Convenience comes with a price: There is a service fee of $3-$5 per player per course, plus a $1.95 transaction charge.
