Lost Savings

* Two weeks after the happy day on which we became U.S. citizens, we learned that we had lost our life savings of $90,000. We wish to thank you for the excellent reporting a few months ago about the First Pension scam.
We had done what any good American should do--work hard and honest and save for our retirement. Now in our 70s, we are reduced to existing on Social Security and in December we will have to give up our apartment; in addition my wife, who had enjoyed good health, had to be hospitalized with a nervous breakdown.
I hope that our sad experience will remind other seniors to be very careful when they place their hard-earned savings.
