Ventura’s Brown Signs to Play for CS Long Beach

VENTURA — Ember Brown, a senior at Ventura High, has signed a letter of intent to play basketball for Cal State Long Beach.
Brown, a 5-foot-8 guard/forward, will play guard for the 49ers.
Last season, Brown averaged 14.6 points and led the Cougars to the Section Division II-A semifinals.
