Jeff Fischer placed third to lead the Thousand Oaks High boys to their second consecutive team title in the State high school cross-country meet.
The Thousand Oaks girls were upset by Peninsula, preventing the Lancers from becoming the first program to win both Division I titles in the same year. C16
