Bruce Springsteen fans around the world are gathering on the back streets of the infobahn via an electronic mail discussion group called “Luckytown.”
In addition to daily messages, upon subscribing you will automatically be e-mailed an 18-page document inventorying the most frequently asked questions about the Boss.
Even the most devout fan will learn something. The topics range from Italian Springsteen fan magazines to “What did Tom Hanks say at the Oscars after Springsteen’s speech?”
You will also find instructions for getting some hard-to-find items via e-mail--such as transcripts of many of Springsteen’s concert stories.
“Luckytown” is distributed daily in digest form, which conveniently gathers all the day’s messages in one packet.

“Luckytown” and its documents are free to anyone with access to Internet mail, which is also available on TimesLink, Prodigy, America Online, CompuServe and many BBSes.
