For the third straight day, Iraqi authorities refused to let Polish diplomat Ryszard Krystosik visit two Americans imprisoned near Baghdad. Iraqi sources say his visits have been cut back to once every two weeks. Washington does not have diplomatic relations with Iraq and uses Poland as an intermediary. They were arrested March 13 and sentenced to eight-year terms March 25 for illegally entering Iraq from Kuwait.
