Nicolette Sohl has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer of Authentic Fitness Corp., a company based in Van Nuys that designs and markets swimwear and fitness apparel.
Previously, she was chief financial officer and chief operating officer of the Olga division of The Warnaco Group Inc. She replaces Wallis Brooks, who became corporate controller for Warnaco.
* HemaCare Corp., a Van Nuys provider of blood products, named Sharon C. Kaiser as chief financial officer. Kaiser, a former senior manager with Arthur Andersen & Co., succeeds Devra G. Shapiro, who resigned to move to Nashville, Tenn.
