Orange County Treasurer-Tax Collector John Moorlach is the speaker for Thursday’s Mayor’s Breakfast.
Moorlach’s topic will be “Under New Management.” The 8 a.m. monthly event will be in the Saltzer Conference Room at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center.
