Brea Olinda Unified School District board member Todd Spitzer, known for his criticism of grade-changing that resulted in a scandal in his district, will speak at a Wednesday meeting of the Fullerton Chamber of Commerce.
Spitzer was the most outspoken critic in regard to the scandal, in which hundreds of Brea Olinda High School students’ grades were illegally changed. He will talk about the need for public officials to expose wrongdoing.
Spitzer, an Orange County deputy district attorney who is running for a seat on the Board of Supervisors, said he will also give tips on how to win election to office and how to network.
The meeting will take place at 11:45 a.m. at the Fullerton Chamber of Commerce office, 219 E. Commonwealth Ave. The public is invited.
