High School Band Planning 2 Concerts

Fountain Valley High School orchestra and band will give two community performances next week.
The orchestra will perform chamber music and selections from Beethoven at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the First Southern Baptist Church of Fountain Valley, 10350 Ellis Ave.
The school’s band will play Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at Huntington Beach High School auditorium, 1905 Main St. Students will perform jazz by Buddy Rich, the winds assemble will feature music from “West Side Story” and the percussion assemble will showcase their spring arrangement.
Both concerts are free.
